Accompanying the introduction of the Basque Government's Electronic Public Procurement System, we introduce a Training Plan with activities directed at teaching the different collectives that interact with the Electronic Public Procurement System.

Training activities are geared to the following users:

• Personnel at bidding companies whose job it is to prepare and sign bids.
  
• IT support technicians at bidding companies.
  

The plan contains two training modes:

	Presential training Directed both at persons whose job it is to prepare and sign bids, and their IT support technicians.
	Online training Different multimedia materials made available to companies interested in the Basque Government's Electronic Procurement System.
