The Basque Government has a Corporate Identity Manual for the description and design of its basic identificational signs in their diverse guises, both public and institutional, as well as the regulations for their application to all media using our identity, whether they be internal (forms, sheets, etc.) or external (advertising, publications, signposting, etc.).

• Decree 318/1999, , of August 31, governing the Corporate Identity Manual of the Basque Government.
  This defines the identity elements as well as the regulatory context, and in its annex the Manual is approved with the universal regulations, harmony with other marks, and other specific marks..

• Decision to approve the applications of the Identity Manual with respect to advertising, stationery, publications, transport fleet, and signposting..

• Decision to modify the foregoing partially in order to allow inclusion of a corporate claim in advertising applications.
