●     Born in Eibar (Gipuzkoa), 27 September. Married with 2 children.

●     Holder of a bachelor’s degree in  Higher Telecommunications Engineering.

●     Member of the Basque Parliament for Gipuzkoa in the 6^th Legislature (1998-2001).

●     Councillor at the Department for Rural Development of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa since 2003.

●     Career:  Researcher at the Tekniker Technology Centre in Eibar; IT Dept. of Osakidetza Central Services; Head of IT at Mendaro Hospital; Researcher at the Vicomtech Association.
