Euskadiren EBeko Ordezkaritzak eta Euskal Fondoak, ALDA eta 'Europa herritarrentzat' Programa laguntzaz, eta PNUD, PLATFORMA, CRPM eta CONCORD-en laguntzari esker, Bruselasen Euskadiren EBeko Ordezkaritzan garapenerako lankidetzarako aukera berri buruzko mintegi bat antolatzen dute.
Mintegiko helburuak dira:
- Agenden ezaguera eta eztabaidako nazioarteko gai europarrak (2015eko Garapeneko Urte Europarra) jasotzea;
- Eskualdeko autoritate lokaletako eta politikak egiteko herritarren rola indartzea;
- Berrikuntza bultzatzea, multi-mailak eraztunak eta eraginkorragoak eskualdeko autoritate lokalen eta sozietate zibilaren erakunden artean;
- Eskualdeko autoritate lokalek, haien herritarren beharrekin hurbiltasuna, haien eraginkortasuna, haien tresnak eta kontuak-emateko adierazleak halako nazioarteko eta europar eztabaida gehitzea.

The seminar is organized in Brussels by the Delegation of the Basque Country to the EU and Euskal Fondoa – Association of Basque Local Entities for Cooperation, with the support of ALDA and the Programme Europe for Citizens, and in collaboration with UNDP, PLATFORMA, CPMR and CONCORD.
The objectives of the seminar are:
- to widely raise awareness of the European and international agendas and issues at stake, especially coming into the European Year of Development 2015;
- to strengthen the role of regional and local authorities in enhancing the active involvement and participation of citizens in policy making and implementation;
- to boost innovative, multi-level and more effective alliances and partnerships between regional and local authorities and civil society organizations;
- and to bring to the European and international debate those elements of particular added value of regional and local authorities, such as their proximity to the needs of citizens, their efficiency and their instruments and indicators for accountability.
