General Electoral Information. This contains information on the process for elections to the Spanish Congress and Senate in 2011, such as:
- Results: The final results of the General elections in 2011 are published (sources: Ministry of the Interior). There is the possibility of downloading reports.
- Introduction & right to vote: Introduction to the 2011 elections to the Spanish Congress and Senate in the Basque Country, how they are to take place and and who is entitled to vote in them.
- Nº of MPs and Senators & population: This gives the number of MPs and Senators to be elected from each Historical Territory in Novembre 2011, and the official population figures for the Basque Country.
- Allocation of municipalities to JEZ (Zone Election Commissions): The municipalities of Euskadi allocated to each JEZ are shown.
- Opinion polls: An archive of polls published in the lead-up to the elections to the Spanish Congress and Senate in the Basque Country in 2011.

where users can find the full text of Spain 's Basic General Electoral Framework Act [Ley Orgánica del Régimen Electoral General] which, among other things, regulates general elections. Information is also provided on the requirements in law for the setting up of a political party and an electoral grouping, the main changes introduced by the latest reformulation of Spain's Basic General Electoral Framework Act that affect elections in 2011, and on advertising and institutional communications by the public authorities of Euskadi. There is also an outline of the main instructions affecting the Central Electoral Commission as regards general elections, and links to the legislation and regulations published in official journals for this election.
